FBI Name Check Cleared but waiting for 485 approval

I sent a certified mail on 02/14. I got the return receipt on 03/14 with the receipt date of 03/07.

I've been reading on this forum that snail mail to FBI is working for some. Did any of you send the mail by certified with return reciept and actually got back a return reciept? I sent mine a week ago and still didn't get the return reciept and was wondering if something is amiss...

LS_2004, I actually got same answer from CIS that my case is under "detailed review" in FBI, what does "detail review" mean after all? and what is the format of letter I should use to request FBI to expediate name check? address?
