I\'m in United States since 1990.I tried for
  Greencard 2 times but the corporation closed in one
  ocasion and change onwership in the other.Since then i
  have been living here in America as a illegal Alien.

    Question 1:Since i have to send my fingerprint to
  the FBI to comply with Canadian Immigration
  regulations, the act make me wonder
   if i\'m going to get in trouble and even maybe have
  the INS in my door.Anybody know if i should send or
  not the fingerprint card?

   Question 2-Do i have to use any special card for the
  fingerprinting?

Not a problem..

I know a friend of mine who did it he was in the same boat.

He did it and gave a diffrent address of his friend (So that FBI can mail him the resulta back to him). He didnt have any problem but then also if you are worried then I would say that think this way you are not the only person doing this..there are thousands out there who are doing this and have done it...so I would say go for it.

Then also this is not an legal advise...I am not an Lawyer.

I do not see any problem in that, i agree with the first guy.

Regarding getting finger prints u either need to see the local police or local Registry of Motor Vehicles (I mean the place where u take ur driving license)

By the way I think INS is not tracking for h1 guys
so do n\'t worry. I haven\'t heard of any case till now
