FBI fingerprint check?

Hey guys,
I called asylum office to find out about interview date. They told me that i am on FBI fingerprint check. As per operator my interview will be schedule after they hear from the FBI check.
Do you guys have to go through that or not? I am kind of worried about that.

Please let me know if any of you have gone through it and was there any kind of problem with that check? Why these FBI check is done?
 
We ALL HAVE TO GO THROUGH THAT. And you will go through FBI check until you get your citizenship! If you don't have anything to HIDE , YOU DONT NEED TO WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING!!!!!

Fingerprint is done to make sure you didn't committ any crime in the country or back in your country! Every time you renew a document, you will get a letter from USCIS to get your fingerprints checked.

N-400 FBI check Before interview

Question :

- Will FBI check be completed successfully before being called for interview.
- What happened if FBI check comes back with concerns, will the USCIS deny the application and request for explanation before calling for applicant for interview.
 
If they have any concerns your case will be on hold. There are many topics about it.
