FBI checks FP within 2 hrs..

Could you please tell us if you got the approval for EAD and AP. How come FP request came soon. Any information on this, please share. Do they do FP early incase one applies for EAD and AP along with 485. My docs were sent out on March 19 2001 and yet lawyer has not recd RD notice.

CSC is fast ...my AP/EAD hasn\'t come..I got my 485 receipt notices exactly after 5 weeks...

Excuse me if this is in the FAQ, but how does one find out if one\'s fingerprints have been approved or not approved by the FBI. (For NSC, if it makes a difference)

If your FPs are not clear then FBI tells u...if FBI tells you thats thye have "processed" and send it to INS then your FPs were readable and checked for criminal history and results send back to INS

Call this Febbie number(304) 625 5590 (option 4) during
9-12 AM weekdays. Have your A# ready. If they say "You
FP was completed on XX/XX/XXXX and returned to the INS",
then your FP status is OK

I just called FBI and they say they forward \'Good Record\' \'Bad Record\' or \'Rejected\' one of these three results back to INS. Can they send a \'rejected\' one back in this case?
