Hello! This is a family-based I485 question.
I-130 approved, priority date current, am filing for I485, I765 and I131.
1) Any advice on E-filing vs. paper filing?
2) If I decide to go with paper filing, do I send the whole package in one envelope?
3) Should I write separate checks, $385 (I485+ biometric), $175 (I765) and $165 (I131)?

Hi,
I-485 can not be E-file...you can E-file I765 and I131. I think it is better to send a package with all of these form to USCIS. Make sure to write separate checks and make check payable to "USCIS".

Wor is correct. I-485 cannot be e-filed. You can file i-765 electornically, however, I know a few friends who did that and it took longer to process than a regular paper file. I guess USCIS is not yet used to e-file applications yet.
