You may speak to IIO at Vermont office (802-527-4913) to do it. IIO can change the address, if u have EAC number or Alien number.

The problem is getting to them. I have tried for several hours on several days. On Friday, I actually got them, but was on hold for about 90 minutes, and finally had to give up when their office was closed.

Any solutions will be appreciated.
