FAX inquiry response

I have sent a fax inquiry thru my attorney and also thru NSC(june 2). Attorney's inquiry was sent on 3/26. I have received the response from BCIS which says " the case was recd on 10/17/01. CSC's normal processing time now is 11/16/01. Accordingly this file will be pulled for adjudication. Thanks"

But my attorney emailed me saying that, my file had been already pulled for adjudication. When I asked him regarding the same, he says the inquiry was sent long back, since much water has flown since then my case should have been assigned to an officer!!! How remotely do I believe this is feasible?

parvatham, very possible your case is assigned, but that doesn't mean too much. Hope u get ur approval soon, let us know
 
raojii 2003, My attorney submitted an inquiry in the month of april, ins responded by may last week. NSC says i should get a reply on the inquiry(2nd) by july 2nd, since it was submitted on june 2nd. Thanks

I suggest you send an email enquiry as the next step and see what the response is like.
