I have sent couple of faxes to CSC center regardng my I-131 application. They are not replying back. I did get reply from VSC within 3 days after my fax request.
One more reason why CSC sucks they are not even replying back to inquiry.
My AP Rd is Nov 19 2003. And still they are not approving my case.
What on earth is going on. :mad:
 
Receive a reply in mail to my Fax Enquiry

I received a reply to my Fax enquiry to Expedite my EB I-485 case. Although the officer called me and informed me that it cannot be expedited. The notice/letter that I received says your request to Expedite I-485 case is denied , cause it does not meet the requirements to expedite this case. I don't understand what could be a valid criteria to Expedite I-485 cases.

Could this mean my Case was Touched and hence my case touch date was updated?
 
Well before the formal letter from them that I receivd couple of days ago, the Officer called me and informed me that my case cannot be approved and that it does not meet the criteria to expedite I-485 case. I asked him what is the criteria ,and he replies that there is no critera, which I think he bluffed. Anyways this is time when I asked him about the WAC03 cases are being approved , for which he asked me evidence. I posted the details of this discussion in some thread I don't remember for now.
Anyways I hope everybody in this forum will get their approvals soon.
But I think I have a long way to go . My WAC02-220-5XXXX

ngadhia, what was the reason you used to request BCIS to expedite ur case?

Reason

I was looking out to change my job, as my current job had high risks. I interviewed couple of companies ( I mean big companies), where they prefered people with GC over EAD. They were nervous on hiring me just based on my EAD. So I requested to expedite my case . Also one of the reason was my Priority date is Sep 1999 and my I-485 was filed on June 2002. Lots of ups and downs caused this delays and so I requested that my case be considered . Any many other small reasons.

Frankly I knew this was going to be denied. But just gave a try.

Note: the I-485 e:mail boxes are an appropriate place to contact an officer
at CSC-XII.485@dhs.gov
