fax # for RFE letter ? 1st inquiry or 2nd inquiry ?

I have been asking so many questions regarding my problem on this board, and got many helpful information. (Thank you !!!!)
The information I have got so far are all different. And I don\'t know which one I should use.
First of all, I got a number \'949 - 389 - 3486\' from an IIO.
And some other websites have different numbers.
So can somebody confirm which number should be used ?
And also it has to be the 1st inquiry or 2nd inquiry ?

1 fax #949-389-3484,waite 15 working day ,second #949-389-3441 waite 10 work day.

i did fax injuri my self.i get answer after second fax.second level fax you can send only:
1.cases which are beyong normal proccesing times and which a level one inquri is unswered after 15 days(work)
2.cases for wich 60 days elapsed since a response to aRFE was recived and for wich a level one inquiry is unanswered after 15 days.
3.cases where a beneficiary will age-out( close to age 21) within 6 month and for which a level one is unanswered after 15 days.
