Faulse experience claim - where to report ?

My classmate claimed 4 years work experience in his resume and got job
which I supposed to get. I had 3 years working experience and that guy
hasn\'t worked even for a single day on this earth. He sat idle for 4 years
after completing his degree. How do I report this fraud to INS ?
 
I don\'t think this type of fraud is tolerable as it is affecting all of us.

I know U R upset at this stage. I am sure you will find better job soon. Do not worry about his 4 years. He will be caught by his work.

Good Luck in your job search. Once again do not report to any one. There are TOO many people like your roomate.

I fully agree with you. First of all it is hard to believe that the no. of years was the SOLE criterion for the job. Despite less experience than you, I am sure that your classmate had some other traits which helped him edge you out (communication skill for one).
I think you are plain envious of your classmate. If he is so pedstrian, I am sure it will reflect in his/her work and the employer will also know that soon.
Don\'t be a sour looser. Try looking for another job. There are many people like your classmate. Remember, everyone deserves a chance. Let this be a good break for your classmate and let him prove his worth.
You get over and move on.

These are the people that gives \'desi\' a bad name. Nevertheless, they will definately be caught in their work unless they are \'smooth talker\'
