What is the fastest way to bring your people (brothers and Sisters) in the US If you are a GC holder but not citizen?

Employment-based immigration through a business, pretty much. Even when you do become a citizen the PD waits for FB4 are so long that it's pretty much useless.

What if ..

I own a company with the revenue not more than 200K generating every yr.
I can file affidevit, np, but how "Employment-based immigration through a business", is it possible, I mean, what is the procedure?

if it is your own company, you would also have to file an affidavit of support, since without that, it is not possible to get a GC through a company the applicant or a relative own more than 5% in (INA 213).

Please clear, if it is so easy, anyone can open a company and bring people on GC. Would appreciate if you clean this point.

Thanks

The company (a) has to be legitimate, and (b) has to show that there are no Americans for the job. Not easy at all...

The other option, if you have relatives with a business, is to create a joint venture between the two or merge your businesses, and use the L-1. A few folks can be brought in on L-1As as functional managers.

Either way, the job needs to be legitimate and the ability to pay must be present.

Is there Intercompany Transfer thing?

TheRealCanadian : Are you not referring to the following ?

" I have heard that if you have 2 business, 1 here in the US and 2nd overseas. And possiblly, Intercompany transfer be done and person coming from overseas will get GC in no time even before landing into the US. "

Ability to pay is not a problem but is it relatively easy to get the L1 over H1? for L1 also, do you need to show that there is no American who can fill the job?

JoeF :-
I did not know that you are referring to the EB GC, I know it is not easy Joe, as I also went thru this painful process and even after my 485 approved 7 months ago, I am awaiting my Plastic Card.

I appreciate you guys taking time and replying on this topic.
