You can not file for the K-1 fiancee visa as you are not a US citizen and bring your fiancee in the US right now. You need to wait for 3 years at least so that you can become a naturalized US citizen and then file for the K-1 visa on her behalf. She can can come to the US on a tourist visa and get married to you but need to go back to her home country after the tourist visa expires.
