Hi, I got my LPR status April this year thru my USC husband. I have two minor children, outside our marriage, who are currently outside the country and we want to bring them here and be with us soon. My parents where my children live might get their petition approval this year (my USC grandmother petition my dad) and they might migrate here soon. So now with the time constraints, which is the fastest route for us to bring my children here?
1. Should I, an LPR, file I-130 for my children? How long will this take to bring them here?
2. Should my USC husband file I-130 for his step-children? How long will this one take?
3. Should I ask my parents to adopt my children while they haven't receive the approval of their petition yet?
