Folks,
Looking at some approvals in this forum , I wonder if INS is moving rapidly or is it slow . Please clarify as I have little experience with this and have a hard time knowing when Jan approvals will come !
Slow, very slow. I have high hopes that next week, after the deadline for the last special registration group expires, the pace will pick up some speed.
Like you I filed in January 2002. I hope that we will get approved within the next two months.
Horribly slow. Don't be misled even if you see 10 approvals a day
on this forum. What we should be seeing is around 30 per day to call it average speed. A good pace will see atleast 50 approvals per day. Remember that they are processing November cases for the past 3 to 4 months. I am kind of bored with seeing this NOVEMBER in this forum.
I am accepting the bad part that BCIS is doing NOV cases still and It takes long time for every month but what I see from the froum is different than what I saw in last month .
Last month I saw about 3 to 5 approval everyday but this month I am seeing almost 10 approvals everyday .My question is
Have you ever seen 30 to 50 approval at any period of time INS doing that???...
May be number of filer has increased tremendously high in 2001 which would have brought us on this condition.
Ofcourse I will be a happy guy to see more approvals..But we need to analyse the fact as well...
Special registration program is getting over on 25th April. So let's hope that more number of IIOs become available for local interviews as well as for adjudication. Hopefully, we should see more approvals next month onwards barring any new development on the immigration front.
