Family Name for mother green card

Hi,

My mother visa stamped say given name as "FNU" , surname is exact as given name in passport.
What I have to enter in I-130 AND I-485 form in last name and first name. Her passport say only given name.

I'm planning to enter FIRSTNAME only in I-130 and I-485.
please advice.

FNU stands for First Name Unknown.

Does she have both a first name and last name which are on her birth certificate and/or have been used for her day-to-day life like employment, banking, phone bill, school etc.?

For now, forget about what is on her passport. Does she have first and last names on her birth certificate, or does she use both a first name and last name in day-to-day life for things like employment, school, bank account, utility bills etc.?
 
She used first and last name together. She doesn't work. Her Birth Affidavit say "<KKKK DEVI>". Doctor in medical record mentioned FNU as LAST name.

What is your suggestion?
