Hi,

I am on H1 and married to a US citizen. My daughter is in India studying.
She has H4 visa. As i have to travel a lot in job i am planning of bringing her once i look for a permanent position.

1)Should i bring her to US and file or Can i file for my daughter in US while she is in India and can she travel to US while the case is pending.

2) Can i attend for H1 visa as i haven't filed for AOS yet.

3) What is the best option to file for Green card in my situation

your USC husband can apply for both of your GCs.

It depends on what you want to do - bring her here and then start AOS, or do a consular processing. In the meanwhile, as long as you don't get AOS EAD and as long as you don't travel with AOS AP, but continue working for the same employer on your H1 and travel with H1 visa, your daugher can travel on her H4 while your and her GCs are pending (whether it's CP or AOS).
