I am bringing in my parents on visitor's visa. This is their 4th visit. I am a US citizen. I have couple of questions:
1. can I apply for I-130 and I-485 immediately after they arrive in US (like less than a month into their visit):?
2. They use their 10th grade school (SSLC) certificate as birth certificate. Is that accepted by USCIS?
3. Is there any other document that is critical that needs to be gotten from India. For example, they dont have a marriage certificate. If that is not there, is there an alternate that is accepted.
