Sorry if this question is repeat...but I did not find any consolidated information on this.
I am a USC and applying for GC for my husband. He is working on H-1B right now. What forms do I submit first?
USCIS says that I need to submit the following:
I-130
G-325A (for both of us)
I-864
I-765(work permit - I assume it is EAD)
I-693(medical exam sheet - Is this necessary?)
I-485
and other supporting documents proving our marriage....
Out of these should I be submitting all at the same time? Or is there a particular order of submission? First submit I-130 get approval and then submit I-765 etc? Please clarify.
It would be useful if there is a link for the whole process.
