When I was on Green Card, I have applied for I-130 for my spouse and it has been approved. Now that I have become a citizen of USA, I want to apply for adjustment of status on my citzenship rather than on my Green Card.

My Spouse is on H1-B visa

I need help with the forms. Especially in regards to what is

FILE NUMBER,
ALIEN REGISTRATION NUMBER,
NON-IMMIGRANT VISA NUMBER AND
CLASS OF ADMISSION.

I know what forms need to file.

please clarify what file number you are asking about?
alien regn number is the A# you get from INS when you applied for your green card.
Non immigrant visa number is the visa number on the visa in your passport
class of admission is like tourist B-2, H1-B etc it will say on your visa and I-94

On form G-325A, they are asking for FILE Number (A-). What is the number? My spouse does not have an A# other the pasport number that start with A......

My spouse has not recieved any Alien registration number form INS (Should I fill "none" in this column)

Is the non-immigration number the Control number or the RED number at the bottom of the VISA.

In my case I got my A# when I got from the papers that were sent by INS during the GC process. Look at your spouse's I-485 related papers or notice of action (I-797) it should have them and also in documents related to her Green Card. If you do not have them it is not a big deal as she is USC.

Write N/A, when they ask for A#, if you don't have one.
Visa #, is most likely control number. Red number used to be one when the MRV was not in place. You can write either one. Anyway you are going to provide copy of the Visa.

I have to disagree with you on this. The visa number is the one in red for H1-B visas.

File # / A# does not apply to you as you are a USC now. you write n/a in your G-325A
Your spouse is on H1-B and does not have an A#. Spouse writes n/a on his/her G-325A
