Thanks a lot for your info. Our company\'s lawyer told me yesterday evening that my case has been with an IIO from Jan. 8th. I should expect my FP soon. I will keep you guys posted. Wish all of us whose case has been delay get some good news soon.

I spoke with the IIO over the Phone and Asked
him to schedule my FP. He told me that he was going to a screen print of my case and send it to the FP department. He also mentioned that it takes 2 weeks before I could get my FP. I made the call last on Jan 18th. My ND is March 15th . EB2 India and No FP
