I’m making a fallback strategy here. My labor was filed by my company in last Sep’2003 and is still awaited, I’m on 7th year. Say if I file another labor with company ‘B’, when can I join the company ‘B’, Can I join them after 140 approval from company B, or 1 year of labor pending from company ‘B’ ?
