Failed citizenship exam; want to appeal; need advise/exp's

I'm looking for someone who didn't pass their Citizenship test on second try but were successful on appeal, eiher at a hearing or by taking INS to district court. Please post your experience. Thanks!

Sorry to hear that michael. Could you please tell us what kind of questions they were and were they out of the 100 sample Qs? How many could not you answer?
