F4 visa question

Our family got f4 immigrant visa to US. I am the primary petitioner/beneficiary of the visa (my brother filed for me) and my husband and children also got the visa. My question is that can my children travel to US before i travel? Also is it necessary that i should be there in US when others (husband and children) comes to US.

somebody please reply. this is very urgent!
 
I was told by my friend that the primary petitioner should enter the US, with or without your husband and children. It seems that they cannot enter without you.
You should consult some immigration lawyer to make sure.
