Gues, brother and sisters will get their GC before their son/daughters WHY? Because there are 65,000 visas availble on that category for son/daughte only 23,000 visas. Also not many brother / sisters are waiting for the que. FB4 moves every year at the rate of two years but FB3 moves every 2 years at the rte of only one year.
