I've been so busy with work, it's not funny.

So, my father, and aunt got their interview dates.
My aunt did her interview, and got her GC. She went alone, because she said her children were all aged, out (youngest is 22). She didn't even both inquiring about CSPA.
My father's is next month; my brother, sister and I will be accompanying him. My bro & I aren't on the form, but we are hoping we might get lucky.

I know I've prolly asked this question a million times, isn't there anyone who knows anything about this?
Anyone whose had a similar case?
I keep hearing about people who've gone to the interviews, and their children have aged out and the IO asks, why didn't the bring the kids..
I know its all up to the discretion of the IO, and at the risk of seeming desperate, it'd be good to know of other cases with positive outcomes.

I'll keep u guys up to date anyhow.

So my father and sister got their GCs and are now in the US. Not sure what else to do at this point; I was thinking of getting my visitor visa, prolly go up for Christmas if I get it, but not too sure they'll give it to me since I was previously being filed for. On the other hand, still wondering if I should have my father submit a new application for me and petition to retain the priority date?
Any advice or tidbit to offer?
