F2 visa question. Please read and advise. THANKS!!

Hello,

I have a few question regarding a married couple presently in India. The wife (33 yrs.) wants to apply for FI and the husband (33 yrs.) and two kids (boy:9 and girl:5) want to apply for F2 (dependant) at the New Delhi consulate in india.

Husband runs a business of his own and wife is a teacher in a pre-school in India. She has a Bachelors in Arts degree from india and is interested in studying further in US. None of them have ever applied for a US or any other visa before and this would be their first time.

Any advise on what steps need be taken will be helpful. Any suggestions that might get them their visa stamped in the first go would be appreciated.

Anyone who has gone through a similar situation may advise as well.

Counsel: Madam you are going with your hunsband and two children? So You are not going to come back? your husband going to be home maker and taking care of childresn without income in US? Why should I issue a F1 visa?
