F2 to H1 approved but asked for stamping before starting work

My H1 got approved but asked to go to india for stamping before starting to work in US.

I have not received my I 94.

My employer has send a query regarding this but not yet received any reply.Still waiting.

Anyone can suggest me what to do.

Seems like everyones having the same problem this year. You can file an MTR or leave and get the visa stamped. In any case, it will take about 2 mths to get the 1-94 if they agree to change status from here.
