I am under F1/OPT status which started from July 2008. I have my OPT card issued by USCIS. My spouse is in F2 / Dependent status and she doesn't have any papers except old expired I20. To be on the safer side does my spouse need any paper(s) or new I20?. My international advisor at my college said "not needed" .
