Experts -- need advise

I am working on H1B visa. I will complete 7 years on H1B in August 2007. In July 2006 I started doing executive MBA from a university (full time class load , but class meets only on Fri & Sat). Currently, I take time off from work on Friday. The MBA course will be over in May 2008.

My question:
(1) If my 8th year H1B extension is denied (for some reason) can I get a F1 visa so that I can complete my MBA.

(2) Can I continue to work Monday to Thursday (as I may not need sponsorship to work)

(3) Is there any limitation to physical place of work, number of hours to work etc. for F1 visa people.

Thanks

Hi,
I would recommend that in case you are unable to get yoiur H1-B extended you can ask your school to admit you into full time study program. they will issue a new I-20 tnat you need to use when getting a student visa.Once you are in a F-1 visa you must take a full work load of classes and cannot work off-campus. while being a student you can work on campus upto 20 hours a week when the school is in seession and work 40 hours during summers, fall and spring break. Hope this is helpful.
