a friend on an f1 visa just graduated from school with his b.a. what visa does he need to apply for to continue working in the u.s.? would it be the h1 visa or the eb3 visa or...something else? please help?
H1. He would have to find a company willing to sponsor his work visa. The company's lawyer will take care of everything. May want to ask you question in H1 subforum.
