F1 visa got reject twice.

one of my friend got rejected twice for F1.

1. First time, She applied for community college on 15 year degree.IO rejected saying you should apply for masters i can give for community college.

2. Second time, we applied with in 2 months for Masters degree in business administration. Shown experience for the gap. IO rejected saying that Why didnt you show experience previously..


Question : What are the chances of getting visa if applied now after six months. Will they have history. Will they reject again saying inconsistent information in previous two visits.

The consualte will surely have knowledge of her two previous attempts. How much it will affect her third application, that no one can predict. All I know is her third application will most likely be cross-referenced to her previous applications.
