F1 visa denied twice.. whats next??

Hi!
  I went to the us consulate in bombay and my f1 visa was rejected twice. my fiance is a h1b holder. what are the chances of getting h4 visa after this situation? should there be a time lag between recent date of denial of f visa and application of h4 visa? how much time difference is reommended? is it recommended to postpone our marriage by a month or so just to get the proper visa?
  any suggestions will be appreciated.

I don\'t see any problem getting H4 visa...

Go with the proper documentation for the H4, your spouse\'s employer letter, marriage photos etc.,....

I\'ve seen few cases like this before and they got the visa and moreover H4 is a dependent visa and INS should not reject as along as you have proper documents...
