F1 to work - question?

Hello everybody.

I hold a F1 status still valid until sept 2008, but I have more than 10 years of experience on the field. I found a company which is willing to sponsor my work visa, but I am quite confuse. My main question is am I allowed to apply to a change of status? and what should I do? is there any guide or faq about this?

If you are eligble for an H1b work visa you can change your status form F1 to h1b. Read about H1b requirements first.
