Briefly my EAD (after Master's) expired before which I joined a Community college to maintain my F1 and have been in that status since Jan2003, my wife who was on F2 has got into her residency(MD) and changed her status to H1B and I changed my status to H4.
Concern is that I havent not yet completed my Associates degree at the Community College. We are Planning to go to India in Dec 2004 and Get our visa's stamped.
Will i face a problem?
