F1 To H4

Hello everyone,
Quick question regarding the visa transfer as H1b quota is almost getting over.My wife is on P.T right now (F1) and i'm on H1. We got married in U.S and will she able tochange to H4 or are there any complications?

Don't see any.

H4 is derivative and never under the quota issues. Since you already have your H1, it should not matter.

Unless she's planning to go from PT to H1 ...
