My opt ends on feb 14, 2013. Employer willing to sponsor H1B.
Suppose I go back to college full time for spring 2013 (jan 20-may 23, 2013) and employer files h1b while I'm on valid student f1 status and it got approved while I'm still in college.
Can I transfer my status from f1 to h1b and start working immediately after the spring semester ends or do I still have to wait for oct 1, 2013 regardless???
