F1 to H1B, do I have to enroll in transition time?

Hello

I am a graduate student, and got a job and my H1B approval notice just came in. Presently I am taking classes on my F1 status till Sept 4th. I wanted to know if I have to enroll in school for the time between Sept 4th to Oct 1st, as my H1B starts from Oct onwards. Are there any resources available for this on the USCIS website? I already asked my schools international office and they are as confused as I am.

I would be much obliged if anyone can tell me.

Unless you are enrolled in school. you are out of status with F1, but you should have grace period if you completed your study. If grace period covered til Oct 1, you are fine, otherwise you need some status.

NSC seemed to have mentioned there was no CAP-GAP relief this year.
