HI ,

I came here on an F-1 visa(for master's) but converted to H1B this august after one year of coursework based on my bachelors.I am still continuing my courses part time.My visa started from 30th august this year.

I am planning to get my visa stamped.

I would appreciate if anybody has suggestions as

WHere is the safest place to get it stamped? CANADA/MEXICO/INDIA

I would also appreciate if i could get inputs how this could affect my Green card processing in future?

hoping for replies

I really appreciate how people provide inputs to these forums and help each other.

Keep up the gud work guyz

Cheers

It totally depends on how your petition was filed. The I-129 or whatever the form number is, mentions your educational qualification and your experience. If that says you have a masters degree then the counsulate officer would ask you for our degree as a proof. SO it is better you complete your degree before any travel.
