hello,

i m in an F1 visa, for another year to get my master's in US, but i already have my master's from my home country,

1. if i have an employer offering me a job, can i get a H1b, when i m still in a F1 status

2. when i go to my home country for H1b stamping and get it rejected, can i still return back with the F1 visa?

3. can i go back to an F1 status in the future, if i want to pursue education after i am financially stable, and how difficult is it? is it like getting an F1 afresh, or just change in the status?

1) Of course, yes.
2) if you still meet all the F1 criteria, yes you can.
3) You can choose change of status or applying it without COS.

It is change of status which allows you to change your status from one non-immigration status to another(in your case, H1 to F1 or F1 to H1) without leaving the US.
Regarding your very last question in #3, it is fresh F1 and it is change in status as well.
