Dear :

I am a F1 status and also under OPT. I am now considering to incorporate a corporation for consulting business in the field where I have 20 years experience and also Master degrees from both home country and US.

According to my plan, I will be sole shareholder, director and officer(president) of the corporation during the initial stage. After incorporation, can I get employed by that corporation and also get H1B visa as employee of that company?

For my better understanding, could you suggest any workable format or methodology in setting up a corporation in view of my purpose of getting H1B visa, for example how to configure structure of ownership(shareholder), appointment of director and corporate officer, operation of corporation, capital amount etc?
