f1 to h1 for doctor help

hi

I am a doctor and currently on f1 visa for medical billing and coding. I changed my status from b2 visa. now I have accuquired residecy. they are filling h1 visa. my questiion
is that I was enrolled in undergraduate program even though I had a bachelor degree will this effect my h1 application .
