Hi Guys,
I came to the US on F1 sometime in Aug 02 and then was on CPT from June 04. I got my H1 approved from Oct 04. Now I am planning to visit India during Dec and return in Feb since my current contract assigment got over.
My concerns are
1.) I have not yet graduated from my Univ, still have to defend my project, will that affect in anyway
2.) Since I have worked onle from Aug-Nov, I will have only abt 4 Paystubs and since my h1 was valid from Oct i will have only 2 paystubs to show to the office at the consulate, would he/she question me on how come I have taken a vaction so soon after having worked only for 2 months?
3.) As CPT is not to be used for a reason of employment, would they ask me as to how I got my h1 processed while on CPT?
4.) Do I really have to take photos of the office where I work or photos of my consuting company?
Please advice, any inputs would be appreciated.
