F1 to H1 change without graduation

I have a question regarding my status.

I graduated from my MS in CS last december and started doing one more MS degree in the same university. I was applying to the companies and I got a job in software in July and they have applied for my H1 and I have received my H1 SRC# on July 30.

My question is am I still in status? as I am still a student and not on OPT.

Hello, I saw your post regarding F1-H1 status change recently. I am in the same situation.l I was wondering if you got any replies for your post ot if you have any further knowledge of the same.
