1. Obtain a job offer from a U.S. employer willing to sponsor you for H-1B status;
2. Have an I-129 form with supplements prepared and signed by the employer;
3. Have a Labor Certification prepared
Not Labor certification it is called "LCA" to confirm your prevailing wages by state dept.and signed by the employer;
4. Have a Employer Support Letter drafted outlining the company, the position, and your qualifications; and
5. File all application materials with the Vermont Service Center.
