F1 to dv lottery

Hi everyone,
I have a couple of quick questions:
1. I am an F1 student and I was selected for teh DV Lottery. I have not recieved any paperwork yet, but I had some questions
2. I had a couple of traffic violations and I have paid them off yet. I think they will become serious pretty soon If they are not paid, but right now I just dont have the finances to pay. **Although I have never ever been arrested** Will these violations affect the dv lottery application and me getting the green card?
3. I also have some debt that needs to be paid because I had a major medical emergency and Insurance decided not cover everything and left me with a huge bill. And I am still in the process of paying that. Will a bad credit score affect me getting the green card?

Other then those two things, I am a student about to graduate. Never done anything else unlawful.

Please advise me on what do to
Thank you for your help

if you did the traffic violations in the US, do CP and not AOS. if you do AOS then police may come after you... the embassy wont probably check it because they never requested the US police report from me... unless the police is after you since you didnt pay the tickets and you are somehow in the system so that they can give you hard time for that... but i dont think this will be an issue. if you have credit card dept or something tlike that, it might also be a problematic, but again nobody will be able to give you correct advice here and tell you waht to expect. Nobody knows whether consulates have access to the credit reports...

my advice: never ever mention that you had these problems., then you'll be fine

If you have a SSL number and you mentioned this on the application for KCC the consulate can check your credit report. The question is whether they do this or not.
Good luck!Hope you receive your GC!
