Hello friends, i was an f1 student but now an asylee, my asylum was approved, my question is my graduation is coming soon , can i invite my mum for my graduation?
Of course you can invite your mom for your graduation. Her getting approved for a NIV is another thing. The CO will need to be convinced of her strong ties back to her home country which will necessitate her return if granted the NIV.
