F1 strangely denied

Hello all,

I have gotten a F1 visa in 2000, in Brazil, went to school in the USA from 2000 - 2006 (electrical engineering + math, undergrad). In 2006 I transfered to another college nearby to take a couple classes that were not being offered at my school. Then I dropped out in the middle of the semester and returned to Brazil to wait for my greencard. Yeah, a greencard. A company that I did a CTP with started my greencard application in 2001.

Will this impact my F1 visa application?

Did you file a I-485? If you did you have shown immigrant intent and you are no longer eligible for any non-immigrant visa. H1 is your only choice, but without a degree that will be impossible. Try to finish your degree in Brazil.
 
Thanks for your response. Nope, I havent file for I-485. My case was ended on the I-140 (we haven't dual file, I wasn't current for I-485).
