I used my PhD OPT from Dec10, 2009 and OPT expires on Dec 11, 2010, but I can not get my PhD degree and was changed to master program. My international student advisor told me my I-20 was shortened to Dce 2009 which means I am already out of status for almost 1 year.
My as F2 applied H1b in June 2009, but her application is still pending. Does she still have a chance to get her application approved?
If we leave US after Dec 11, 2010, will we face 3year bar for return to US or something like this?
