I am a GC holder. My girlfriend is an Italian and she plans to apply for her F1 visa and study in US for 2 years. I have following questions....

1) I will sponser her education here, will there be any problem regarding
intent to immigrate here while she goes for F1 interview? Is it safe to say
that show knows anyone here in USA ?

2) Is it better to show her parents as the sponser for her education to make
sure she has no issues with her F1 visa interview?

3) While she is on F1 in usa and if we get married will there be any problems
when she returns back to Italy and renew her F1 in case its EXPIRED?

4) After marriage Will there be any problem if she makes short visit to her
country on UNEXPIRED F1 and returns back?

Pls give me any other suggestions you may have for this case and her F1 visa application/status.

Always better to say that she does not know anyone in the U.S. and she is solely coming to U.S. for studies.

Yes. Always show that her parents are sponsoring her studies.

Usually, F1 visa is issued for 5 years. Before it expires, you will be U.S. citizen and she can adjust her status.

4) After marriage Will there be any problem if she makes short visit to her
country on UNEXPIRED F1 and returns back?

No, as she would not disclose to immigration authorities that she got married to a GC holder but she is traveling as a student.

Pls give me any other suggestions you may have for this case and her F1 visa application/status.

For how long the visa is issued depends on the country. My F-1 visa was good for a year, single entry. If she needs to get a new visa, she will have problems.

potentially, yes. Advise her not to EVER LIE to the immigration authorities, since if the lie is ever discovered, she risks a life-time ban from the US for misinformation.

What type of problems she can face in case she has to tell immigration authorities at the port that she is smarried to LPR , while returning from her short vacation and unexpired F1?

What are the chances that she will face such problems?
