F1 Rejected under 214 b

It is not going to make any difference unless you find out exact cause for rejection, if the counsel beleives your brother is potential immigrant since you are in US, then God only help you.raju2 said:Hi

your brother needs to meet an US Immigration Attorney based in India who can sort out the issue. There are a parameters that are considered while issuing an F1 visa like TOEFL/GRE/GMATT scores, college average scores, university that you choose, background in home country.
Even if your brother does not qualify for either of them his visa could be rejected. menakarajendran@gmail.com

He had not informed that i am in USA. He had some questions on Finance, Like from where he got 13 lacs in account within 10 days. Officer informed that we can't go to usa by borowing money from others. The money was taken from close relatives. Shall i tell him to go for stamping now or after 3 months ?
